Psychoanalysis is an intensive treatment during which the patient can develop new perspectives about oneself. This treatment is an opportunity to discover who one really is, including one’s feelings, thoughts, past, present, and dreams. Once you know who you are and where you came from, you know where you are going. The path forward becomes much clearer.

Psychoanalysis and what to expect

A time commitment of 4-5 times per week

  • Lying on a couch to facilitate your connection to your own experiences

  • Having a dialogue with me

You will learn the process of understanding your mind. Unlike in the popular culture conception, it’s not about obsessively overthinking. It’s about questioning our basic assumptions in order to understand the deep sources of our suffering and possibilities for fulfillment.
